1 - Check returns policy

You can return your items if it's within 14 days after you have received your order.

Items are unworn and unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.). Items covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.

Your items will be inspected and only accepted if they comply with the returns policy. Check the returns policy for further details.

2 - Fill out return form

Download the return form and fill it out.

3 - Get in contact with our support

Please email the filled-out returns form to support@maisonlarca.com. Prepare your return by packing all items and enclosing the returns form. Our support team will email you the address to which the return should be sent.

Refund

Unfortunately, if 14 days passed since you have received your items or you bought the item(s) on sale, we can’t offer you a refund.

If you followed all the instructions for your items and they comply with the returns policy, your refund will be processed within 10 business days after we have received the items.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs of your return items, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is faulty.

We currently do not support free returns but we are working on it.
