What is your return policy?
We want you to love your new jewelry! If something isn't right, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Why does the refund amount exclude delivery?
The initial shipping fee covers the cost of sending the order to your door. Because that service is fulfilled by the postal carrier once your package is delivered, original delivery costs are non-refundable. When a return is processed, the refund covers the full purchase price of the returned jewelry items.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?
- Shipping takes 2-4 working days via SwissPost
- Orders below CHF 60.00: CHF 3.90 Orders
- CHF 60.00 and above: Free shipping
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your package with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?
Because we process orders quickly to get them shipped in 2–4 working days, we can only cancel or edit an order if it hasn't been packed yet. Send us a message as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand to other countries in the future!

How do I apply a discount code to my order?
1. Add your favorite jewelry pieces to your shopping cart and click Checkout.
2. On the checkout page, look for the "Gift card or discount code" field.
3. Type or paste your code into the box and click Apply.
4. Your order total will update automatically before you complete your payment!
